A two story self storage facility building conversion. 134,000 gross square feet, with 100,000 sf net leaseable. The project was completed in June of 2001.
This project was a conversion of an existing single story warehouse building. Due to the clear height of the interior, we were able to convert the building into a two story high storage facility, effectively doubling the usable area. In addition to standard and climate control storage, we also included wine storage and high security art storage.
The project also included on-site storage of recreational vehicles.
